About ASK Fun Walk and 5K

5:00-8pm - Early Packet Pick-up at Short Pump Town Center's Community Room (Located to the right of the Funny Bone Comedy Club on the backside of the mall.)

Saturday, April 28, 2012

6:30am – 8:00am - Packet Pick-up & Same-Day Registration

8:00am - 5k Run Begins

8:05am - Family Fun Walk Begins

8:30am - Celebration begins, featuring the live music of The Jangling Reinharts as well as games, children’s activities and awards. The 5k winners will be recognized at 9:00am. Our top fundraisers will be recognized throughout the morning as the pledge numbers are tallied.

9:30am - Kourgeous Kids Victory Lap for ASK Kids. All ASK Kids (current patients and survivors) should meet near the stage to take their victory lap around the plaza.

Location:

The walk/run starts and finishes at Short Pump Town Center's main entrance awning between Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn. The course winds around the mall’s ring road and through the adjoining property. Immediately following the race, join us in the mall’s main plaza for the post-race celebration.

Event Timing:

Every participant will receive a race number however timing will only be recorded for those who finish during the first 45 minutes. The time clock will continue running at the finish line for all participants.
