By volunteering at the ASK 5K & Fun Walk, you’re helping make life better for children with cancer across Virginia. Whether you’re volunteering on your own, with friends and family, as part of a school group, or with your company, there’s a place for everyone!

Volunteers must be at least 13 years old to sign up for a shift. Volunteers ages 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

New volunteers will receive a volunteer T-shirt. If you've volunteered in the past and still have your shirt, please wear it again and help us keep things sustainable!
